Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it ships or enters production for a full refund.

We’re unable to cancel orders that have already shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us at service@rimonia.com with your order number as soon as possible.
2. Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

You may apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.

After RMA approval, please ship the item back within 14 days.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and freebies).

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns sent without RMA or to the wrong address may be rejected.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size/color or the same product if stock is available.

Use the same RMA process. If the requested exchange is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Non-returnable Items
-
Customized/personalized items, perishable goods, gift cards, intimate apparel & swimwear once hygiene seals are broken, earrings, and items marked Final Sale (unless defective) are not eligible for return.

Opened consumables or any item not in its original condition due to customer handling (beyond what’s necessary to inspect) may be declined.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@rimonia.com with your order number and clear photos/video.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping where applicable.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

No restocking fee.

Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs per order (this includes any return shipment).

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), we cover the return shipping.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.

We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) returns.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit after we issue the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds

Check your bank account again.

Contact your card issuer; it may take time before the refund is posted.

If you still have not received your refund after these steps, email us at service@rimonia.com.
7. International Returns

Duties/taxes paid at delivery may be non-refundable. You may seek a refund from your local customs office where applicable.

Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid additional duties on return shipments.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address or missed delivery attempts may be returned to us. We can reship once (shipping fees may apply) or refund minus original shipping (if any), unless otherwise required by law.
